luxury.host ("we", "us", "our") operates the luxury.host property-operations platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the platform as an operator.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address and name provided during registration or sign-in.
• Operational data you connect: Reservation, property, and messaging data synced from the channels you connect (e.g. Hospitable, Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp Business).
• Usage data: Application logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide the property-operations features you use: reservations, tasks, messaging, accounting, and reporting.
• Send operational notifications to you and to the teammates you configure.
• Secure, monitor, and improve the platform.

3. Guest Data and Our Role

Where you use luxury.host to manage your properties, guest data (names, stay details, messages) is processed on your behalf and under your instructions. You remain responsible for the lawful basis of that processing and for your own guest-facing privacy notice.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade personal information. We share it only with the sub-processors necessary to deliver the service (for example, message delivery and cloud hosting providers).

5. Demo Usage Analytics

On the demo (app-demo.luxury.host) we record how the demo is used, to improve the product: when a visit starts and ends and how long it is active, which screens are opened, which main buttons are pressed, and which guides are run. Each visit is linked to the demo access you were given. We record only screen and button names and times: never what you type, message text, or guest data. The records are kept on our own servers, are not shared with third parties, use no third-party trackers, and are deleted after 12 months.

6. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see our Data Deletion page).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, authenticated access, per-tenant data isolation, and webhook signature verification.
